This commercial sales office was delivered as a complete turnkey project, covering architecture, construction, interior design, premium finishes, and bespoke furnishings for a leading real estate developer.

The office features a grand entrance, soaring ceiling heights, and a dramatic skylight that illuminates a lush indoor plantation, creating a welcoming and sophisticated environment.

Adjacent to the sales office, we also designed and furnished two model apartments (3-bedroom and 4-bedroom), allowing prospective buyers to experience the project’s quality, design, and lifestyle firsthand.

The facility includes 5 executive rooms with attached bathrooms, staff washrooms, two fully designed and furnished model apartments, a grand entrance with a water body, and a building model display, combining functionality with a premium presentation.

All furniture featured throughout the project is by Contradictions, complementing the space with premium luxury furnishings.
